The DANHappy Original nappy cover can have any fabric outer of your choice from fleece to cotton to flannelette.  All covers feature a PUL lining and this particular design has leg gussetts for ultimate shape and fit.  The gussets and back are elasticated which is hidden by a soft nylon tricot binding.  The leg gussets are bound with a lovely microfleece to reduce wicking and red marks.  The front is fastened with Aplix Hook and Loop.  The loop side is only sewn onto the outside material to prevent the wicking that would be caused by wetness leaking through the holes the needle would make if it was sewn through the PUL, which you find with some other wraps.  The hook tabs are double stitched for extra durability.  If you think that you may be on the bottom of a size range and not sure if the cover will be too big, an extra crossover tab can be added to the front.  Please request this at the checkout when purchasing.
